The Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) Foundation has officially opened registration for the Japan Youth Summit 2025. Set to take place in Osaka, Japan, from October 26 to 29, 2025, the summit carries the theme “Pioneering Innovation for Sustainable Futures.” This international event aims to bring together young leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across the world to collaborate, share insights, and explore sustainable solutions for global challenges.
As a non-profit organization, YBB has consistently committed to providing inclusive platforms that support youth development through education, leadership training, and international exposure. The Japan Youth Summit is part of YBB’s larger mission to foster global collaboration and empower young people to make meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond.
Japan Youth Summit (JYS) is an international forum that serves as a catalyst for youth innovation and cross-cultural engagement. It provides a space for young individuals to discuss pressing global issues while promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 2025 edition focuses particularly on SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
Through a dynamic combination of discussions, competitions, and cultural exchange, JYS aims to strengthen youth leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in real-world contexts.

Participants are advised to arrive and depart according to the official schedule, as assistance will only be provided on the designated days.
Participants can apply through either the fully funded or self-funded tracks. The fully funded scheme is competitive and based on application quality, essay submissions, and interview performance. Those not selected for the funded category still have the opportunity to join through the self-funded route.
The program fee includes hotel accommodation, meals, seminar access, transportation during the summit, airport assistance, official kits, and certification.
